and interactive. We incorporate physical movement, partner exercises,
group sharing and lecture. Together we explore various modalities:
yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, communication, movement, music
therapy, visualization, relaxation technique, foods that energize
and self development. The premise is to treat the whole person naturally. |

| The Optimal Health Program® incorporates the
principals of Yoga. Yoga is an art designed to enhance your health
and well-being. Yoga brings together breath, body, mind and awareness
through internal and external movements. Breathing is the elixir of
life, it is essential for creating and sustaining life. Through controlled
breathing exercises and you gain more control over the mind, improving
your moods and health. Focused breathing exercises activate the immune
system, helping to cleanse the nervous system, sending more oxygen
to the brain. When we mediate we become more aware, mindful and focused
in our daily lives. Meditation helps to slow the rush of thoughts
and calm the mind. Meditation bestows serenity, tranquility and helps
you live in moment. Healthy communication fosters interpersonal connections
and strengthens relationships. Communication begins with listening
and opening up to what is outside of our realm to help us become more
effective communicators. How can you consciously incorporate your
principle value system into your daily life, to create a standard
of excellence? What are you trying to achieve personally, financially,
health wise and what are your dreams? Identify goals, prioritize and
create a concrete action plan to achieve these goals. The program
focuses on nutritional choices to energize, vitalize, prevent disease
