| Ms. Jara T. Weiss has supported individuals
on their quest for enhanced health and vitality. Jara specializes
in helping individuals improve their health, achieve peak performance,
reduce stress and enrich their lives. Ms. Weiss received her
Bachelor of Arts in psychology from The George Washington University,
Washington, DC. In 2008, Jara completed the Certified Wellness Coordinator Program and the ASTD Trainer Certificate
Program. Ms. Jara T. Weiss has facilitated Stress
Management trainings, taught yoga and lead empowerment groups
in Fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations. Companies
she has trained at include: Bloomberg, Citibank, Fidelity Investments,
Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs and Women In Need. |

| As an integrative wellness consultant and
corporate trainer, Ms. Weiss has specialized training and education
in mind body therapies and continues to take many classes and
workshops in continuing education, to maintain her expertise.
Ms. Weiss was trained in Polarity Therapy at The South West
Institute of Healing Arts, Scottsdale; AZ. Jara studied yoga,
as a discipline, at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center in California
and yoga as a therapy at the Vivekananda Yoga Research Foundation
in Bangalore, India. Jara is a certified yoga teacher, certified
IFPA personal trainer, Reiki master and certified Wilderness
First Responder. Jara draws upon her expertise and intense study
of eastern modalities, helping assist individuals prevent disease
and balance their mind, body, spiritual connection, for greater
physical and mental health. |
